PREFERRED SHARES
Allows each shareholder (3) weeks per year exclusive use of the entire estate, which includes use of ALL the toys shown below and options for chiefs, bartenders, maid service, massage therapy, recreational/sport lessons. Property can be rented, used for a “Third Home” rental, destination weddings, family reunions and corporate retreats.
Preferred Shares can be placed into the”Rental Pool Program” earning annual rate of returns of 13%-15% with an 8% rental guarantee, plus free usage when not rented.
EARLY BONUS
The first (4) Preferred Share purchasers shall be entitled to a Early Bonus, “One Week Anytime” use of the entire property, including free use of all the toys, in addition to the (3) weeks per year exclusive use described above. (See above “Early Bonus” purchase requirements).
Additional “One Week Anytime” weeks can be purchased by any Preferred Shareholders at a reduced rate of $25,000. Per week on a first come, availability basis.
